These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Money Assure website and educational courses. By enrolling in a course or using our website, you agree to these Terms.
All courses, sessions, materials and mentorship provided by Money Assure are for educational purposes only. Nothing on this website or in our courses constitutes investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any security, or a promise of any specific financial outcome.
Course fees are payable in full at the time of enrolment, as per the plan selected. Access to course materials is granted upon successful payment and is personal to the enrolled student; sharing of login credentials or course materials with non-enrolled individuals is not permitted.
Refund requests made within 7 days of enrolment, where less than 20% of the course has been accessed, will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Requests made after this period, or after significant course access, are generally not eligible for a refund. To request a refund, contact support@moneyassure.app.
We reserve the right to reschedule live sessions or change batch timings with reasonable prior notice. Where a student misses a live session, we will do our best to help them catch up in the next class or a short one-on-one recap.
Students are expected to engage respectfully in live sessions and community groups. Money Assure reserves the right to remove any participant who violates community guidelines or engages in abusive behaviour.
All course content, including videos, slides and written material, is the intellectual property of Money Assure and may not be reproduced, redistributed or resold without written permission.
Money Assure, its mentors and staff are not liable for any trading or investment losses incurred by students as a result of applying course concepts. Trading and investing involve risk, and past performance or hypothetical examples discussed in class do not guarantee future results.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra.
